Thank you for shopping with  Distressed Out. Every order means the world to this small business.

Processing Times

Please allow 5–14 business days for order processing before shipment.

Many items are:

  • custom distressed to order
  • modified by hand
  • made from vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces
  • part of preorder drops

Processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • major sales
  • holiday launches
  • high-volume preorder periods

If your order contains both on-hand items and preorder items, your package may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.
  • Distressed Out is not responsible for postal delays once packages are in transit.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” must be handled through the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • contact us immediately at [your email]
  • once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees
  • import duties
  • taxes charged by their country

These charges are not included in shipping costs at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, distressed, vintage, and customized nature of many items, all sales are generally considered final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.
